1. Definitions
In this document, the words “ticket holder”, “bearer”, “purchaser” refer to you, the person buying a ticket to Curaçao Pride. Words such as “we”, “us”, “our”, “organizer”, “issuer”, “provider” refer to the Curaçao Pride Foundation.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket to Curaçao Pride, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase tickets or attempt to enter Curaçao Pride venues.

3. Amendments
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our official website www.curacaopride.org and are binding as of the ticket purchase date.

4. Ticketing

• Tickets are sold exclusively through our authorized ticketing partners. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be invalid, counterfeit, or stolen, and will not be honored.

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted except as expressly stated in Section 8.

• Tickets are revocable licenses and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion without compensation if you violate these terms or event rules.

5. Access & Identification

• You must present a valid ticket and government-issued ID to gain entry.

• Minimum age requirements apply and will be listed on individual event pages. No refunds will be issued if entry is denied for failure to meet age or ID requirements.

• Re-entry policies vary by venue and will be enforced by event security.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Attendance is at your own risk. By entering the venue, you acknowledge the risks associated with large events, including (but not limited to) injury, illness, theft, loss of property, or exposure to weather conditions.

• We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, financial losses, or lost/stolen belongings, except where required by law.

• You agree not to hold Curaçao Pride Foundation, its staff, volunteers, contractors, or partners responsible for any such incidents.

7. Conduct & Prohibited Items

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs, weapons, violence, harassment, discrimination, obscene behavior, or unauthorized commercial activity.

• Security personnel may conduct searches. Refusal of a search will result in denial of entry without refund.

• Violations may result in ejection without refund and reporting to authorities.

8. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• Curaçao Pride is a “rain or shine” event. Weather-related issues are not grounds for refund.

• If an event is canceled entirely, the organizer may (at its discretion):
  a) reschedule the event,
  b) offer a partial or full refund (limited to face value of the ticket only), or
  c) provide an equivalent replacement experience.

• Processing fees, shipping fees, and other charges are non-refundable.

• If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued.

• Refunds, if granted, will only be made to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

9. Image & Media Consent
By attending Curaçao Pride, you grant the organizer and its partners the right to photograph, film, and use your likeness for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.

10. Health, Safety & Compliance

• You agree to comply with all venue rules, health regulations, and safety instructions provided by staff.

• Entry may be denied or revoked if you appear to be intoxicated, disruptive, or pose a risk to yourself or others.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. In case of disputes, the decision of the Curaçao Pride Foundation is final. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
