This June, Curaçao is turning up the heat and making a splash with Soaked Weekend—a brand-new celebration of LGBTQ+ life, love, and community. Taking place June 6–10, the weekend is designed to honor international Pride Month while raising funds for the Curaçao Pride Foundation.
Soaked Weekend isn’t your typical beach getaway—it’s a series of vibrant parties, cultural events, and community moments that let you dive headfirst into Curaçao’s queer spirit. From poolside beats and sunset socials to unforgettable nights out, the program is all about freedom, joy, and connection.
Why “Soaked”? Because this is a weekend made to plunge into—whether it’s soaking up the Caribbean sun, soaking in queer culture, or soaking your worries away on the dancefloor. It’s about being bold, being visible, and celebrating who you are with friends old and new.
Every event during Soaked Weekend also supports a cause: proceeds help fund Curaçao Pride 2025 and the year-round work of the Curaçao Pride Foundation, ensuring that the island’s LGBTQ+ community continues to grow, thrive, and shine.
